Appointments

Standard consultations are 50 minutes in length.
Our appointment fees for individuals are $220.00 per session ($240 for the initial session).
Our appointment fees for relationship counselling are $240.00 per session ($250 for the initial session).
Counselling and therapy services do not attract GST.
Payment Options
We accept cash, direct credit and Eftpos facilities are available. Credit card payments attract a 1.5% processing fee. We accept Visa & Master Card.
Health Fund Rebates
Many health funds provide rebates for psychological services; please check directly with your respective fund to confirm rebates available to you.
Rebates
Medicare rebates are now available following a referral from your doctor. The Medicare Benefits Scheme attracts a rebate of $98.95 from the consultation fee. Under the Medicare rebate scheme, clients are able to receive up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Cancellation Policy
Whilst we seek to provide flexibility, it is important to note that your appointment time is set aside for you and as such a cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment notice attract a full session payment.
